Troncone + Partners is a true Creative + Digital Agency. We first opened our doors in 1999 and have since evolved into an award-winning advertising agency. We pride ourselves for being innovative and doing business differently. We make this claim based on the fact that we not only have a core team of talented professionals, but also an extended network of talent that specialize in B2B, B2C, healthcare, retail, financial, insurance, fraud prevention, gaming, travel and non-profit. This model allows us to draw from a pool of talent to build the team that will specifically meet your business needs.

Troncone + Partners is a company whose mission is always to create work that reaches the target audience by touching the human nerve. We don’t believe that it’s enough to just provide information. As an agency, we always strive to connect emotionally. For us, great creative will spark that emotion. But that’s not enough. The content must be intelligent, appropriate and successfully delivered to the target audience. Without this formula, messages fall on empty ears. It’s a method that is true whether your company is in healthcare, financial, technology, retail or in the non-profit arena.

Creative & Branding

Troncone + Partners is proud of its heritage of finding conceptual solutions that help grow brands. And we can help your brand reach its target by combining smart, strategic, and creative thinking with the appropriate voice and look to always make you stand out.

Lead Generation

It’s a matter of finding the most appropriate lead that will give you the best chance of closing that sale. Leads are prioritized by a combination of demographics and engagement. You receive sales-ready opportunities with insights into a lead’s actions.

Our video packages range from simple videos produced from photos and video clips to custom made. As content experts in IT and development, we know how to incorporate information and conceptual messaging that will help you solidify your position as a thought leader in your field.

Web Design & Development

T+P has built many successful websites. Furthermore, we don’t mind telling you how we do it (like our websites, we too are user friendly). We work in partnership with our clients – from concept through implementation – to ensure that business, brand and culture needs are well represented, and we do it while providing you with the functionality.

Content Writing

Content is the new black, and branded content is even more fashionable. It was an actual expert, a market researcher, who did a study that revealed that while content is a key component to helping you get found on the internet, the largest challenge facing content marketers today is "producing the kind of content that engages prospects and customers."

We work with some of the best photographers in the world, talented individuals that can use photos to tell a story with just a click. We can combine video with photography so that we are ready to launch a campaign in print or digitally using photos to compliment the video in email blasts or social media. We also have specialized photographers that specialize in landscape, food, product shots or portraits.

Email Campaigns

Target the right prospect. You need to focus on the individual customer and not the market. We can find your customers. We know what they are reading and the topics they respond to. And we do it without going through their garbage cans. Knowing this information allows T+P to produce a lead generation program & email program that builds good quality leads with true interest quickly.

Social Media

Our expertise in Social media can guide your online marketing, optimize your marketing campaigns, allow you to act quickly on opportunities and positively impact the effect of SEO programs and other online tactics. Think about it, even Austin Powers and James Bond needed a little help sometimes unlocking their answers.

Troncone + Partners offer search marketing solutions that include Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click marketing (PPC). To put it into perspective, imagine playing hide & see and the person who is "it", being equipped with night vision goggles and x-ray vision capabilities. Instant success locating the other players. Which in this scenario is you. We offer your prospects the capabilities to be able to reach you at the moment of relevance.

There are people we meet who truly influence the life paths we choose. When Ron Rosen worked as a stock boy in an arts and crafts store, a fellow employee and art student introduced him to advertising at the School of Visual Arts. There he met a teacher, who became a mentor who introduced him to Roy Grace – his first great boss and the most award-winning art director in advertising history,.

Before long, Ron was also winning major advertising awards, like Clio’s and One Show Pencils, and he himself became a recognized name in the industry. At the age of 27, Ron created a print and TV spot for Nikon Cameras that was voted one of the best 60 ads of the 1990′s by the prestigious Advertising One Club.

More jobs and more awards followed Ron through the years. For five years Ron ran the creative department of a New York ad agency whose combined billings were $130 million. Under Ron’s guidance, and for the first time in that agency’s 25-year history, clients won several Effie Awards, which directly linked sales growth to Ron’s creative campaigns. Throughout the years, Ron has successfully created campaigns in categories as diverse as packaged goods, automotive, financial, travel, technology, and food and beverage.

Although the industry has changed since Ron first entered the field, certain fundamentals have stayed the same for him: The goal of creating advertising is to always speak to the consumer in ways that touch the human nerve, no matter what the medium is, no matter what the message is. One other thing has not changed: Ron still loves art directing as much as he did when he was a student at the School of Visual Arts.

Q. What’s your favorite thing about your job?

A. Starting new projects. There’s something very exciting about beginning with the design files that have been sent to me, and turning those into an actual working site. The site first starts as a blank white canvas, with no HTML, no CSS, etc., and then as the initial page (almost always the homepage) is put together within the code, it actually starts to look like something beautiful and functional. It’s very satisfying.

Q. What did you want to be growing up?

A. Superman. When that didn’t work out, I decided I wanted to be a librarian, because hey, books are cool. Note to self: don’t get a degree in a dying industry…

Q. What’s the best decision you ever made?

A. Switching careers. Computer Science has turned out to be a much better fit for me (helps that there’s actually jobs available in this industry, too). My other childhood goal, besides being Superman, was to be Mr. Spock, and using the logic and programming skills required in my current job is about as Spock-like as I’m going to get.

Q. Favorite drink?

A. Anything fruity with a lot of alcohol. Handed to me by a handsome young man wearing a flirtatious smile.

Q. Do you have a quote, slogan, wise words or life philosophy that represents you?

A. My favorite poem is Invictus by William Ernest Henley. The entire poem is inspiring, especially on those days when everything feels overwhelming, but the final two lines of the poem sum up how I try to live my life in general: “I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.” Life is full of challenges; the strength is within us to step up and overcome any adversity that comes our way.

We've done the impossible, and that makes us mighty. -Firefly

Q: Random fact about you?

A: I love to laugh, I find humor in almost everything. I think it started when I was young and I used to watch Carol Burnett with my dad with the tears running down our faces from laughing so hard.

Q: What did you want to be growing up?

A: I wanted to be an archeologist. I knew all the dinosaurs, what they ate, and how big they were. I even built a huge tyrannosaurs rex out of snow when I was 10.

Q: Describe your perfect day?

A: Going to the gym, treating myself with a latte afterward, meeting friends for lunch and having dinner with my husband and children.

Q: Guilty pleasure?

A: A Starbucks latte.

Q: Claim to fame?

A: I was part of a team of 4 that built the first website that sold business insurance online to Ebay and Amazon when they were just start up companies. I was awarded the Smithsonian Early Adapter Award and am listed in the Smithsonian.

Q: What inspires you?

A: Technology. I think I am more of a geek than an artist. But I can paint and draw too.

Q: What are you most proud of?

A: I have two children in college. One is going into advertising and the other is in packaging science engineering. I love to watch them discover who they are as they are getting older.
